Contaminated rainwater, through a system of drainage, gets on cleaning system of "Ecoprom" company. Cleaning system is divided into several stages, where the physical and mechanical processes go on.
The first step - an underground separator-settler produced by company "Ecoprom". This underground tank consists of three sections - sand box, petrocatchers and KNS. In the first section there are processes of deposition of heavy pollution, calming and sedimentation of water. In the second section, oil catchers, with the help of a special module, there is ascent and consolidation of petroleum products, with a further collection in a special container for recycling. The last section of the underground settler - KNS, it located submersible pumps, which feed clarified water to the second stage fine filter - the filter unit of “Ecoprom” company. Filters designed so that during filtration the smallest particles of contaminants are delayed. The water is then collected in a reserve tank of purified water, with subsequent discharge or using purified water. The underground tank is installed by submersible pumps for regeneration (flushing) filters. Regeneration of the filter passes through backwash by clean water automatically, in accordance to the schedule. Swilling water is discharged at the beginning of the water treatment process - in the settling separator.
The purified water meets all applicable laws and regulations documents, fisheries regulations in particular.
Cleaning system does not require replacement of expendable reagents and expensive components.
