FSS Katyusha

From the tray above where cars are washing, waste water enters the pit, and then goes with the help of a submersible pump to the ground settling.

The ground-settler unit retained suspension, as well as major oil floating up, they are accumulated and disposed .

From the settler unit using water is pumped to FSS "Katyusha". At the entrance to FSS "Katyusha" the main filter is set for pretreatment.  Then the water enters the body of fine filters. The filter used for the water purification has a high ability of detention of fine particles of petroleum products. 

When passing through the water separator, aeration takes place, and as a result, the active selection of synthetic surfactants (shampoo - synthetic surfactants as foam) are accumulated in a special container. Aerator is placed in the tank with reserve of purified water.

Also in the tank is a pump for supplying water at high pressure devices. The same pump used for washing fine filter. The pump is automatically activated when high pressure devices switch on.

All pumps in the "Ecoprom" purification and water recycling system equipped with protection against "dry run" and work in automatic mode.

The process of regeneration of the fine filter is automatic, eliminating the participation of staff in the unit work.
